In case you couldn’t tell by the title of my entry, today is my birthday! I wanted to wear something especially girly, so I decided to put together the three things I love most: bows, animal print and a swingy skirt. Plus, I had to dress up extra cute because my sweetie is taking me out for a birthday surprise this evening! I couldn’t be more blessed to have such a loving and supportive boyfriend, friends and family in my life. I have a feeling that 28 will be just fabulous!

(1) Snow leopard top $12.99 (TJ Maxx) | (2) Black swing skirt $24.99-sale (Elle at Kohl’s) | (3) Black patent and leather heels $54 (Bandolino at DSW) | (4) Pewter starburst earrings $12 (Francesca’s) | (5) Pewter cocktail ring $10 (Kohl’s)
Most items featured were already in my closet (with the exception of the skirt) and most were under $50 for each piece.

TOTAL OUTFIT COST (if all items were newly purchased) = $113.98
